Spring Break 2023, Green Lake

We encourage you to sign up a week or more in advance so we can plan our coaches and supplies. Accordingly, five days before the camp, prices will rise by 5%.

Come join us for Spring Break! Here’s a fabulous chance to learn from the most experienced chess coaches in the Pacific Northwest.

Lessons in the morning and afternoon, tournament games with the game review, chess puzzles, chess movies! Students are divided into groups by skill level.

Open to all students in grades K-8, from Beginners to Advanced.
We love beginners, however knowing how the pieces move is required. The ChessKid videos how to play chess and an introduction to chess are really helpful!

Dates: Flexible!

This camp is a five-day series, Monday through Friday.
Choose your days in any combination: April 10 – 14
Please specify your dates in comments section when registering online.
Or choose half days, AM or PM sessions, minimum two.

Daily Schedule

Note: The Green Lake camp has slightly different hours than our Redmond camp.
Arrival and check-in begins at 8:45 am
Lessons start promptly at 9:00 am
There are scheduled breaks throughout the day.
Lunch 11:15 to 12:15 pm.
Please bring your lunch and snacks! No peanut-based food, please!
In the afternoon students play games with game analysis provided.
Pickup by 3:30 pm.

After-camp care is available upon advanced request, $16/hour additional charge.

Half Days Available

We also offer half day attendance!
$45 each for half-day, minimum two half-days.
